Terms of Service

Effective date: 2026-05-01. By accessing or using GamifyPlayer (the “Site”) you agree to the following terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Who we are

GamifyPlayer is an independent, fan-run multi-game guide hub. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the publishers or developers of the games we cover (including but not limited to Tomb Busters, Red Desert, GTA 6, No Rest for the Wicked and Dying Light 2). All game names, logos, screenshots and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

2. Use of content

  • All editorial text on the Site (guides, briefings, descriptions) is written or rewritten in-house and is provided for personal, non-commercial use.
  • You may quote short passages for review or commentary with a visible credit and a link back to the source page.
  • Wholesale republishing, scraping, or AI-training redistribution of our text without written permission is not allowed.
  • Game screenshots, artwork and trademarks appear under fair-use commentary and remain the property of their original rights holders.

3. User-submitted content

If you email us tips, corrections, or screenshots, you grant GamifyPlayer a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to publish and adapt that material as part of the Site, with credit when you ask for it. Do not send anything you do not have the right to share.

4. No cheats, no piracy

We do not publish cheats, modded APKs, pirated map packs, account sellers, shady redeem mirrors, or anything that violates a game’s terms of service. Do not ask us to.

5. Accuracy & “as is” disclaimer

We test guides on the patch we publish for and label them with a “last verified” date. Games change. Use anything you read here at your own risk — we make no warranty that any tip, route, tier list, or build will work for your account, region, or platform.

6. Third-party links & advertising

The Site contains links to publisher pages, news outlets, and other third-party sites. We are not responsible for content, policies, or practices on those external sites.

We plan to monetize the Site through Google AdSense. Once enabled, Google and its partners may serve ads and use cookies as described in our privacy policy. We do not endorse and are not responsible for advertiser products or claims.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • scrape, copy, or systematically reproduce Site content;
  • attempt to compromise the Site, its hosting, or other users;
  • submit unlawful, harassing, infringing, or misleading material via our contact channels.

8. Takedowns & copyright

If you believe content on the Site infringes your rights, send a DMCA-style notice with the URL, the work in question, and proof of rights to legal@gamifyplayer.com. See the contact page for full details.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the Site grows. Material changes will be reflected in the effective date above and, where appropriate, announced on the home page.
